It's been a few years since I went, but the hustle to go the the "VIP" rooms, which are fuck rooms with beds and showers, is too much for me.
If you are into extras, this is one of the high class places in Sao Paulo. It won't be cheap (cheaper then US, yes) I don't remember how much it was, but probably about $400 from start to finish -- if they don't catch on you're a tourist. Extras are full service anything goes... 3somes if you want it or kinky sex too...
Not my cup of tea...
